Handling Client Edits and Requests
We receive calls and contacts from
potentially new clients each week and within those discussions
we are often told that one of the main reasons that they are
considering using a new web design company to handle their
business is because they can not get their current web designers
to handle edits or requested work in a timely fashion.
We understand that you need requested edits and work completed
in a timely fashion. Our clients will attest to the fact that we
handle all requests for changes on the DAY that they are
requested during regular business hours. If a change or
edit request comes in late in the day, it may not be handled
until the following business day; however THAT is how cognizant
we are about handling the needed maintenance of our client's
websites.
How to Request Edits, Changes or New Work
Simply put, we want to accommodate the easiest means to handle
routine maintenance, edits or new work requested on your
website. Some clients contact us via phone and some simply
mail their needs to us. The majority of our clients find
that the best means is to drop us an email at
changes@appnet.com
Those requests are handled on a TOP PRIORITY basis each morning
as our design staff arrives for work. Simple text edits and
small requests that only take a couple of minutes to handle are
done at NO CHARGE, (unless you are requesting a couple of
minutes 20 days a month!) Edits, changes or new work requests
that take more than a few minutes are charged at $60 per hour
(and we charge by the minute). Therefore, if we do 20
minutes of work, you would be charged $20.
We are honest, fast and efficient. You can count on us to
work with you to accommodate any and all edit requests that are
made!
